Let’s work as a team to develop a game plan and budget for your client. The initial consultation is free of charge {30 minute session}. There are a couple approaches your client can take:

REALTOR STAGING

“Get Your Hands Dirty” Service

This process gives the homeowner an assessment of what needs to be completed before listing their home. This service is very hands-on for the seller.

The homeowner will execute a staging plan based upon our recommendations. From images and notes taken at our consultation, we’ll develop a staging plan for their entire home. The staging plan will entail the following steps:

Purge    Simplify by putting away, organizing, pitching or recycling
Place  •  Develop flow and feel with furniture arrangement
Pretty    Build ambiance with color and texture
Presentable    Develop a picture-perfect space
Precise    Make potential buyers envision themselves in the room

Working from the plan, the homeowner can prepare the home to sell. {Remind them it is only temporary!}

The fee for this service is a flat rate of $125.

REALTOR STAGING

“Feet up on the Coffee Table” Service

This process takes the pressure off the seller and is ideal for those who do not have the time, or are overwhelmed by the challenge of staging the home, or who are busy purchasing a new home. We expedite the process to prep the home so you can get it on the market.

After an initial assesement working from our images, notes and plan, we return to the home and complete as much or little from the assessment as agreed to with homeowner.

This service may include rearranging furniture and decor. We can de-clutter and organize (don’t worry, we will not physically discard any items!) All services will be completed in a timely manner to get the house listed.

This process may also include hiring an outside party or parties to perform home repairs and painting. The service budget will be estimated at the initial consultation, but may change depending on the volume of work. Any changes will be discussed and presented to homeowner before any work is started.

$65 per hour, up to 4 hours per visit {1 hour minimum}

REALTOR STAGING

“The Bird Has Flown the Coop” Service

If seller has already moved, taken all of their
items, and the home is empty, this is the ideal service.

We will make sure the home is staged using our process, adding some furnishings to give the appearance it is lived in. It gives the seller the freedom to move into their new home. We can furnish the whole house or a couple of rooms. Budget will be determined by seller and/or the realtor.

Additional services: Staging a home while photographing for listing.
Only available directly thru realtor.
Side note: We charge an additional $1 per mile
for travel distances over the first 20 miles, which are free.
