“Get Your Hands Dirty” Service

We give you the recommedations that will help your home appeal to th emost persepctive buyers. The homeowner will execute a staging plan based upon our recommendations from the assessment. Assessments are an affordable and effective way to get your home quickly on the market. 

This is an in-person consult walk-thru of your home, which usually only takes an hour, with client starting at $200, returning clients $185.

From images and notes taken at our consultation, we’ll develop a staging plan for an individual room or for your entire home. The staging plan will entail the following steps:

Purge    Simplify by putting away, organizing, pitching or recycling
Place    Develop flow and feel with furniture arrangement
Pretty    Build ambiance with color and texture
Presentable    Develop a picture-perfect space
Precise    Make potential buyers envision themselves in the room


“Feet up on the Coffee Table” Service

This process takes the pressure off you, the seller, and is ideal for those who does not have the time, or are overwhelmed by the challenge of staging a home, or who are busy purchasing a new home. We make it simple for you.

This service includes Roomlaut staging bringing in light decor, art, etc. as needed prior to listing the home. One time arrange for $500.00, return clients $450.00.

Working from our images, notes and plan, we return to your home and complete as much or little from the assessment as you agree to.
This service may include rearranging furniture and decor. We can de-clutter and organize (don’t worry, we will not physically discard any of your items!) All services will be completed in a timely manner to get the house listed.

This process may also include hiring an outside party or parties to perform home repairs and painting. The service budget will be estimated at the initial consultation, but may change depending on the volume of work. Any changes will be discussed and presented to you before any work is started.

Up to 4 hours per visit {1 hour minimum}


“The Bird Had Flown the Coop” Service

This process takes the pressure off you, the seller. If you have already moved and taken all of your items, this is the service you need.

This includes  the rental of the furniture for a month in the residence. Delivery charge included in cost. We base cost on .5% of list price of house, range is usually $1,800-$3,000.

We will make sure the home is staged using our process, adding furnishings and decor to give the appearance it is lived in. It gives you the freedom to move into your new home with all of your belongings, allowing you to move on to your new life while helping to sell your home faster. We can furnish the whole house or a couple of rooms. Budget will be determined by seller and/or the realtor.
